Voyra Therapeutics, Inc. ("Voyra," "we," "us") operates voyratx.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and your choices.

  • Information you provide. Your name, email address, subject, and message when you use our contact form.

  • Information collected automatically. Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring site, collected through cookies or similar tools used by our website platform, Squarespace (Squarespace Analytics).

If you send us your resume, we use it only to evaluate your application and keep it confidential.

How we use information

  • To evaluate job applications and contact candidates

  • To understand how the Site is used and improve it

  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate the Site and our business, such as website hosting and analytics (Squarespace) and email (Google Workspace), under obligations to protect it. We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition or sale of assets.

Retention

We keep contact form messages as long as needed to respond and maintain our records, or until you ask us to delete them. We delete resumes when the related hiring process ends, unless you agree that we may keep them for future roles.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing privacy@voyratx.com. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights under applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Do Not Track

Our Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

International visitors

Voyra is based in the United States. Information you submit will be processed in the United States.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the revised version with a new "Last updated" date.
