01 - The peptide gap in the age of AI
Generative AI can now design large-molecule binders against any target. Peptides remain harder: under-represented in training data and structurally flexible. We are building to close that gap.
02 - Expanding the natural repertoire
In under 4 months, on its first pass, our engine designed novel peptides that, in initial testing, match or beat every known ligand for our lead target in binding affinity, across 30+ years of published work.

Unlike target-agnostic platforms, we exist to produce differentiated assets. We choose targets where our approach has an unfair advantage, then move fast toward de-risked candidates ready for the right pharma partner.
Our workflow explores chemical space far beyond the 20 natural amino acids, building desired properties and removing liabilities to create safe and potent peptide candidates in a repeatable and modular manner.
